Refund Policy

1. Scope
This refund policy applies to all services offered by Abracamove, including, in particular, support services for relocation, expatriation, and impatriation, as well as consultations, personalized support, and advisory services, whether provided remotely or in person.

2. Free introductory call
Abracamove offers a free 30-minute introductory call to discuss the client’s situation, understand their needs, and explain the support options available.

👉 This call is non-binding and does not constitute the start of a paid service.​

3. Payment Terms
For all paid services:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the start of the assignment, upon approval of the quote or service proposal.

The remaining 50% is due at the end of the assignment, once the service has been completed.

The assignment will not begin until the deposit has been received.

4. Nature of Paid Services
The services offered by Abracamove are intangible and personalized services, tailored to the client’s specific situation.

The service is considered to have begun as of the actual start of the support (preparatory work, analysis, paid meetings, actions carried out for the client).
 

5. No Refund After Services Have Begun
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no refund may be claimed once the paid service has begun, even partially, including in the event of interruption at the client’s initiative.

The deposit paid is non-refundable once the assignment has begun.

6. Cancellation Before the Start of Services
In the event of cancellation by the client before the actual start of the assignment:

Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled date:
→ Refund of the deposit is possible, minus any administrative fees.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date:
→ The deposit remains due and cannot be refunded.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

7. Postponements and Rescheduling
Requests for postponement are permitted provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

In the event of a late cancellation or an unexcused absence, the service will be considered due.

8. Exceptional Circumstances
Abracamove reserves the right to consider, on an exceptional basis, a request for rescheduling or a refund in cases of force majeure, without this constituting an obligation.
