At the client’s express request, and as part of the preparation, analysis, or follow-up of a rental application, ABRACAMOVE may need to collect the following documents and information:

pay stubs
employment contract or employer’s certificate
proof of income
proof of residence
identity document
any other document necessary to support the project
The data is voluntarily provided by the client as part of the requested service.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data is collected solely for the following purposes:
to respond to contact requests
to prepare quotes
to provide support for relocation, expatriation, and impatriation
to analyze, compile, or submit a rental application at the client’s request
monitoring the assignment
communicating information related to the service, solely with the client’s explicit consent.
The data is based on the performance of the contract, pre-contractual steps, and the user’s consent.
3. Retention Period
Personal data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the assignment.
Sensitive documents transmitted as part of our support services (including rental applications, proof of income, employment contracts, and identification documents) are deleted or destroyed at the end of the assignment, unless otherwise required by law.
Data strictly necessary for administrative and accounting purposes is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
The data collected is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties without the client’s prior consent.
However, certain data may be transmitted, at the customer’s express request, to partners involved in the project (real estate agency, property owner, organization), or hosted by technical service providers acting as subcontractors, solely for the purposes of the assignment.
